END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT — SONOMA EARTH SCHOOL PARENT PORTAL

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Sonoma Earth School Parent Portal (the "Portal"), a web application provided by Sonoma Earth School ("we," "us," "the School") to help families view tuition invoices and make payments. By logging into and using the Portal, you agree to the terms below.
1. WHO CAN USE THE PORTAL
The Portal is intended for use by parents and guardians of currently or formerly enrolled Sonoma Earth School students, for the purpose of viewing and paying tuition invoices. Access is provided at the School's discretion.
2. PERMITTED USE
You agree to use the Portal only for its intended purpose, viewing your family's billing information and making tuition payments, and not to attempt to access any other family's account or information.
3. PAYMENTS
Payments made through the Portal are processed via Intuit QuickBooks. The School is not responsible for outages, errors, or delays caused by QuickBooks or its payment infrastructure, though we will do our best to help resolve any issue promptly.
4. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.
5. NO WARRANTY
The Portal is provided "as is." While we make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available, we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. CHANGES
We may update the Portal or this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes means you accept the updated terms.
